Monday 28th – Hebridean Harmony choir 2.30pm – 3.30pm – anyone affected by cancer welcome.

Tuesday 29th – Gentle Movement class – 10.30 till 12 – 6 places available on this easy introduction to gentle movement, especially designed for those who are not used to exercise or after treatment.  Can be completed sitting or standing. 

Thursday 31st – Eating well through treatment – 11am till 12 - This session will cover the common side effects as a result of treatment and tips and suggestions on how to cope with these.  Come along to share your experiences of how your tastes and appetite changed through treatment. 

Saturday 2nd Nov – Oncology Massage with Ann – our very popular oncology massage treatment has only two appointments available at 10.45 and 12pm.

Tuesday 5th Nov – Counselling sessions with Dolina – confidential appointment to discuss any worries or anxiety you may have as a result of your cancer diagnosis.  Also available for family members who may be struggling with a loved one’s diagnosis, or after a bereavement. 

Thursday 7th Nov – Counselling session with Marina – Marina has one appointment available

Saturday 9th Nov – Reiki sessions with Heather Baillie – only one appointment available at 3pm.  Book now to experience this beneficial complementary therapy.
