Oncology Message with Anne McHale

Accredited by the Glasgow School of Massage, Anne McHale will be based at the WICCI Centre offering Oncology Massages. Each session will take approximately 1 hour and appointments can be made via the WICCI office. An oncology massage is a specialist massage therapy for those who have been diagnosed with or are recovering from cancer. While massage doesn’t treat cancer itself, it may help reduce the side effects caused by conventional treatments and improve quality of life and wellbeing.

Indian head Message

Indian Head Massage is a non-invasive massage performed to the head, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. A range of different massage movements are used to improve circulation and may help with relieving stress, tension, fatigue.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears.

Counselling with Dolina Grant

COSCA accredited, Dolina Grant will be here at the WICCI Centre as part of our counselling team.

Whether you want to talk about the impact of your diagnosis and any anxieties you may have, develop strategies to help you deal with the emotional effects of treatment or if a member of your family is dealing with cancer and you would just like to speak to someone, please do not hesitate in contacting us. Reiki with Heather Baillie

Reiki is a healing technique that promotes balance within our whole system – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is a natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can benefit from. Reiki can be beneficial in circumstances that are short term and can also support people dealing with long-term conditions.

Podiatry with Kevin Macdonald

Podiatry can help to improve your mobility and independence through the prevention and management of foot problems.
