Hebrides Mountain Rescue Team recently took ownership of a new Isuzu D-Max.

The team are grateful to Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks (Resilient Communities Fund), The Robertson Trust and Police Scotland for their financial support.

The team are holding their Annual General Meeting on Friday 30th November 2018 at 6pm at the team base on Caberfeidh Road (opposite Campbell's Filling Station) and all who are interested in their work, are very welcome to attend.

Since their last AGM they took ownership of 2 Honda Foreman quads (and supporting trailers) and a thermal imaging camera.

Plans to build their own team base are at an early stage but hopefully in the next 12 – 18 months, it will be a reality, the group says
