A visitor to Stornoway today is the 164ft motoryacht 'Exuma'.
With a cruising speed of 14 knots, a maximum speed of 17 knots and a range of 5,500nm from her 75,000 litre fuel tanks, the 'Exuma' sleeps up to nine guests in five rooms, including two master suites, two VIP staterooms, two double cabins, one twin cabin and one single cabin.
She is also capable of carrying up to nine crew onboard.
The yacht also has zero-speed stabilizers, a Kaleidescape system with more than 300 movies, scuba equipment for diving directly from the yacht, and a pair of jet tenders in addition to the amphibious Jeep and hovercraft.
'Exuma' was launched in 2010 after being specially commissioned by its Belgian owner.
The superyacht was designed by world-renowned naval architect Philippe Briand, and built at the Italian shipyward 'Perini Navi'.
To hire the yacht for a week costs a mere €175,000.
