Part-time Mental Health Advocacy Worker

15 hours per week.

 

Advocacy Western Isles currently has a part-time vacancy based in Stornoway.

Driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential.

Full training will be provided.

 

Independent Advocacy aims to ensure people’s voices are heard, they are listened to, their rights are upheld, and they are involved in decisions made about them.The main duties of the Mental Health Advocacy Worker will be to provide independent advocacy services in particular for people who have had or are experiencing mental ill health.
