Accredited by the Glasgow School of Massage, Ann McHale will be based at the WICCI Centre on two Saturdays in June providing a relaxing, restorative massage, responsive to your current stage of treatment.

Art For Wellbeing

Art therapy is a form of emotional support.

It can be helpful to people who are in difficult and challenging situations. It involves using visual art materials with our trained art therapist, Carol.

Together you create pictures or objects that have personal meanings. It may help release bottled up emotions and give new understanding and perspectives.

Art therapy is not about creating a fantastic piece of art.

You don’t need to be able to draw or paint.

We are offering art therapy sessions to families who may be affected by a cancer diagnosis or recent bereavement.

Contact the WICCI Centre for more information.
