Extreme adventurer Charlie Head was this mornning (6.10pm Thursday July 22) ashore in on near to Lemreway on Lewis after crossing the Minchon his stand-up paddle-board.
His crossing route was expected to have been roughly 70km in length.
Charlie, aged 41, is an endurance athlete who undertakes a series of extreme challenges solo and unsupported whilst tackling his relationship with his mental health.
It's all part of Charlie's UK SUP Circumnavigation in aid of www.Dare2Express.org Mental Health Charity.
