Western Isles police are asking for public help finding out how a smashed window was caused at an address in Barvas.

The window was reportedly broken at a home in Heatherhill, Barvas, shortly before 1am today (Friday 14 October).

Police say the way in which the breakage happened is unknown and, if anyone has any information that could help enquiries, they should call the non-emergency police number 101, quoting incident number CR/0081522/22.
