Harris Tweed fashion accessories are hitting the headlines in one of South Korea’s largest provinces.
The Gyeongbuk Metropolitan Daily is running a piece called “Meet the luxury wool fabric Harris Tweed fashion accessories” to introduce shoppers to the ‘Yejak” fashion brand’s new range of products.
According to the city’s namesake title, the brand has launched a winter fashion accessories collection, including Harris Tweed pouches, gloves, keychains, bags and hats.
Noting that Harris Tweed is considered the world’s highest quality luxury wool product, the article goes on: “Harris Tweed is a wool fabric with a distinctive thick feel, excellent resilience and durability.
"It uses 100% high-quality wool from Scotland’s northernmost ‘Outer Hebrides Islands’ and is made by hand using traditional hand-crafted methods that have been around for centuries.”
