Erect a garage

Planning consent is being sought to erect a domestic garage at 3 Uidh.

The applicant, Margaret Lintern, of the same address, wishes to build a 6m x 4m garage with an integrated personnel door.

The garage is to be constructed of single block and externally finished to match the existing house finish in a white render. The roof will match the house's existing roof using the same tiles. An access drive will be formed with off-road parking for three cars, and new access from the property boundary will have a cattle grid installed.
