Site a residential caravan

Planning permission is being sought to site a residential caravan with ancillary parking and services at Ardmhor, Northbay.

The applicant is Ashlee Campbell, of 9 Cialla, Eoligarry.

The application is for planning consent for five years.

In supporting information, the applicant stated the caravan was required due to the current condition of the existing dwelling and the lack of alternative housing on Barra.

The proposal was to use the caravan as a “stopgap” until the construction of a new dwelling on the site.
