Reasort Estates has announced this year’s open day at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle will take place on Saturday, September 2.

The day will be fundraising for the Isle of Lewis committee of Cancer Research UK, with an online silent auction going live three weeks before the open day.

There is also a prize draw, with the top prizes being fishing for two at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle estate and a £120 box of venison from Reasort Estates. Various other prizes will also be up for grabs. Tickets priced at £1 can be purchased via JustGiving.

The event will consist of a drinks reception from The Isle of Harris Distillery. Then the Castle’s main rooms will be open to view the art collection, with tea and coffee available.
