Spòrsnis in North Lewis got the Christmas season underway with its Christmas market on Saturday November 18.
A total of 28 independent trader stalls sat alongside a cafe, children's area, nerf-gun shooting gallery, and tree decoration painting.
Traders showing their wares included Harris Distillery, Riley's Toy Shop, Hebridean Flutterby, Rarebird Harris Tweed Designs, and Brue Art. The market also provided local organisations such as Lionel School Parent Council and Ness FC the opportunity to raise funds.

Spòrsnis manager Simon Amos described the market as a great success and said he was sure most people in Ness would now have their Christmas presents sorted.
He added that funds from the the market will help Spòrsnis deliver activities for the community at affordable prices, and thanked the local volunteers as well as those who had donated raffle prizes and baking.
