MyWay Digital Health is delivering the diabetes management course in partnership with the Diabetes and Ramadan International Alliance.

The course goes live on Monday, February 19 and will remain open throughout Ramadan.

It is aimed at people with diabetes who are fasting during Ramadan and those who care for them.

You can register for the course, which is available in English, Arabic and Malay, at ramadan.mydiabetes.com

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection, and community. This annual observance is regarded as one of the Five Pillars of Islam and lasts twenty-nine to thirty days, from one sighting of the crescent moon to the next.

During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, which can be problematic for people with diabetes.
