Business and social enterprises are being offered the chance to learn how to balance their response to sustainability and climate change.

Climate Hebrides is delivering two fully-funded workshops next month in partnership with the Social Enterprise Academy.

Entitled “Exploring Climate Change & Sustainability,” the workshops will examine the key concerns for organisations across the public, private and third sectors, including small businesses and social enterprises.

“Numerous challenges face these organisations within their own structure and how they interact in the wider environment. Sustainability and climate change are also connected to how you expand, scale and develop what your organisation is doing,” explains the workshop programme.

The two half-day workshops explore these themes, looking at what is already working, how to sustain this and identifying what needs to change and how to make this happen.

Participants will also be assisted with applying for funding from the Ideas Into Action Fund to implement the suggestions they generate through the programme.

The workshops are being held on Monday, March 4 and Monday, March 11 and will be delivered via Zoom.
