Our housekeepers are central to making the hotel a spotless and comfortable home from home for our guests.
As head housekeeper you will lead the team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness through the hotel.
Responsibilities include to:
- Supervise the housekeeping team, allocating duties and checking all rooms have been cleaned to the standards set by the hotel
- Train staff in working procedures and the use and maintenance of equipment
- Manage staff rota, ensuring staffing levels cover the business needs
Ideal personal attributes:
- An excellent eye for detail and great communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, intuitive with a positive personality
- Ability to multi-task and deal with several requests at any one time
