Full Time Office Assistant

We have a vacancy for an office assistant at our busy office in Stornoway

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills who is able to work well independently

Duties include:

• Preparation of payroll
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Assisting with hire desk enquiries
• Creating invoices and quotes
• Answering phone and email enquiries

Experience in a similar role is required

Good computer literacy and a working knowledge of XERO Accounting software (or similar) is desirable
