As general manager, you will oversee a variety of responsibilities and duties such as daily operations, recruitment, marketing and everything that goes into the unique and welcoming experience Artizan has today.
General Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire operation
- Deliver a superior customer experience
- Manage new menu creation and deployment
- Plan and develop the overall marketing strategy
- Manage shift rotas
- Hire, manage and lead staff in a positive working environment
- Train and evaluate staff performance
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Manage ordering
- Control costs and minimise waste
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Job Info:
- £27-30k per annum
- Full time hours (40 pw)
- Hours mostly 9am - 5pm weekdays including weekends and occasional evening shifts for events
