As general manager, you will oversee a variety of responsibilities and duties such as daily operations, recruitment, marketing and everything that goes into the unique and welcoming experience Artizan has today. 
General Manager duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire operation
  • Deliver a superior customer experience 
  • Manage new menu creation and deployment
  • Plan and develop the overall marketing strategy
  • Manage shift rotas
  • Hire, manage and lead staff in a positive working environment
  • Train and evaluate staff performance
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Manage ordering
  • Control costs and minimise waste
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Job Info:
  • £27-30k per annum 
  • Full time hours (40 pw)
  • Hours mostly 9am - 5pm weekdays including weekends and occasional evening shifts for events
