There are roles available for a Car Rental Agent at Car Hire Hebrides Ltd.
Posts are available for full-time and part-time employment. Flexible working hours including weekend work.
Car Rental Agent responsibilities:
- Valeting vehicles to a high standard
- Completing vehicle condition inspections
- Completing vehicle deliveries and collections throughout the Western Isles
- Accepting and administering bookings over the phone, online and by email
- Allocating bookings and maximising vehicle utilisation
- Providing top-class customer service in an efficient and friendly manner
Minimum requirements:
- Applicants must have held a full UK driving for more than 1 year
- Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the business, including weekends and occasionally evenings
- Applicants must possess basic computer literacy.
