Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn published its annual report yesterday (Thursday November 2), ahead of its annual general meeting later this month.
The report outlines recent and current work being undertaken by Urras, including its operations in crofting, the cost of living crisis, the Plòigh programme, and the community investment fund.
It also includes a financial overview and word from the chair.
Copies of the report have been sent to all Urras members. It is also available for download from the ‘More’ section of the Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn website, or can be picked up at the UOG Business Centre.
Urras will hold its AGM on Tuesday November 21 at the UOG Business Centre. A members meeting will be held from 7.30pm, with the public meeting starting at 8pm.
The meeting will feature guest speaker Alex MacKenzie, Local Food Development Manager at Tagsa Uibhst, and the unveiling of plans for the monument project to commemorate the centenary of the Galson Estate.
