Curry - It’s an umbrella term used by the Asians for gravy – which is made with a combination of spices and Herbs. In these classes we will focus on some ingredients that make these, the use of them, the flavours & the combination, so by the end of it you can try your own combinations. You will learn different recipes plus substitutes that you can try to make your own.

About Manoj – Manoj is from Delhi and has spent many years perfecting his craft. Up until June last year, Manoj worked at a Chef at the County Hotel

in Stornoway. Manoj has embarked on a computing degree at Lews Castle College UHI but still continues to develop his culinary skills by creating and developing beautiful Indian curries.
